Go To - Interior Design Shopping in SF

People always want to know "designer secrets" especially when it comes to where we shop. Although I love shopping in LA, NY or overseas San Francisco also offers a lot of great resources. I have some go to places where I almost always walk out with a new purchase or where I am inspired by what I have seen. Below is a round of of some of the places I find myself going back to again and again.

Stuff, 150 Valencia St, San Francisco, CA 94103

One of my favorite places to shop for vintage finds is Stuff. While you do have to take your time and sift through the jumble of items, you will likely find a new treasure. They concentrate mainly on mid century vintage, danish modern, and antique furniture.

Harrington Galleries, 599 Valencia St, San Francisco, CA 94110

Another great resource for vintage furniture is Harrington Galleries. Don't forget to check the upstairs. It's not curated up there, but that's were you can find some of the best steals.

St. Frank, 3665 Sacramento St, San Francisco, CA 94118

Just a few doors down from our office in Laurel Heights is St. Frank. St. Frank has an eclectic collection of fabric and home decor pieces.

Black & Gold, 2200 15th St, San Francisco, CA 94114

Black & Gold carries an mix of vintage furnishings, lighting, home accessories, and art.

Maker & Moss, 364 Hayes St, San Francisco, CA 94102

Maker & Moss is a go to place for unique items. They are always seeking out new artisans and as a result always carrying beautifully handcrafted items.

Propeller Modern, 555 Hayes St, San Francisco, CA 94102

Propeller Modern has a wide variety of items made by independent designers.

Big Daddy's Antiques, 1550 17th St, San Francisco, CA 94107

Whenever we are looking for something specific, Big Daddy's Antiques always seems to have it. With a huge selection of vintage furniture and decor it's always fun to stop by and browse.

Coup D'Etat, 111 Rhode Island St # 1, San Francisco, CA 94103

Coup D'Etat isn't your typical showroom at the design center. They focus on a curated, high-end selection of progressive, trend driven pieces. If you want to see interesting, contemporary pieces visit here.

HD Buttercup,  290 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107

HD Buttercup is a design staple, since they carry things for almost every room in the house in a range of styles. They also just opened up an outlet over near the design center.
